These are stored on external hard drives, disconnected from our computer systems when not required, and retained for professional archival purposes and to assist with future client enquiries or replacement orders.

Information and photographs are reviewed periodically and securely deleted when no longer required, unless there is a legitimate reason or legal obligation to retain them for longer.
