The only information we collect about your visit to our website is your email address from and enquires made directly to us. We do not use ‘cookies’ to collect information on our customers. We do review visitor traffic to our website but do not use any ISP address or geographical information or collect any data on this. All traffic through our website is treated as anonymous
II. Absolutely NO information you provide is shared with any other party.
We only retain your (supplied) address to complete a transaction. We do not retain your address once the transaction has been completed. We retain your email address while are in dialogue to providing a service to you (only after you have enquired about our service) and we will always provide an opt-out option (the right to be ‘forgotten’) and always abide by our customers wishes. We never disclose any personal information to a third party for marketing purposes or unsolicited contact.
III. Opting out of further communication
We will ask your permission after providing you with a service to maintain contact. With every email, newsletter or correspondence with 1500 Photography we always offer our clients and potential clients the option to cancel any and all further correspondence from 1500 Photography. We will always abide by our clients wishes with regard to their contact preferences. Once again at no stage are any of your contact details passed onto a third party.
IV. Storage of your information and images :
All your data (Contact information and Images) held by us is only stored to allow us to fulfil our obligations of service. You can ask to see this information at any point. This data is stored on an encrypted hard-drive to which the only password holder is the business owner. No other staff or third party have access to this data. Annually the data and subsequent images from that year are backed up to a secondary external drive, archived and securely stored.
VI. Protecting your information online.
For all transaction made online we use BACS or paypal for credit card transactions.
