1. Do you cover events outside Glasgow?
Absolutely. While I’m based between Glasgow and Loch Lomond, I regularly photograph events across Scotland and the UK.
Whether your conference is in Edinburgh, Inverness, or further afield, I can travel to capture it.
To date my furthest flung event was in Bournemouth (485 miles)
2. What types of corporate events do you photograph?
Everything from large industry conferences and award ceremonies to private boardroom meetings and team-building days.
I can cover keynote speakers, panel discussions, networking, breakout sessions, (highland games!) product launches, and evening receptions.
3. Can you provide photos during the event for social media or press?
Yes. If you need same-day turnaround for press releases, social posts, or sponsor updates, I can deliver edited highlight images while the event is still happening.
4. Do you work discreetly during presentations and talks?
Definitely. My approach is low-profile — I use quiet equipment and move unobtrusively so I don’t distract speakers or delegates (no flash!)
5. Can you also take headshots during the event?
Yes. I can set up a mini studio space or work with available light on-site to create professional headshots of speakers, delegates, or your entire team during the day.
6. How will we receive the images after the event?
You’ll get a secure online gallery (normally Dropbox) with all your edited images in high resolution, ready for use in reports, social media, press releases, or marketing campaigns.
7. Do you cover multi-day events?
Yes. I can cover conferences, exhibitions, and retreats that run over several days, ensuring you get consistent coverage and a cohesive visual story from start to finish.
8. How do you dress for events?
I always dress professionally and appropriately for the occasion, whether that means blending into a black-tie gala or dressing smart-casual for an outdoor corporate away day ( I draw the line at kilt and ginger wig for the highland games)
