Andrea and Wills Cameron House weddings was quite simply the identikit 1500 Photography wedding.
I dont usually start the blog post with one big massive image like that, but this has to be one of my favourite ever shots taken at the front door of Cameron House. I just think the combination of beautiful bride Andrea, the fantastic dress and the facade of the venue all come together the make one amazing shot. As for the day itself (and Will!) Our day began in Helensburgh and the wonderful St Josephs Church for a lovely service. Although a very formal and serious ceremony the wry smiles and winks exchanged between Andrea and Will numbered in the dozens.
After the ceremony it was back over to Cameron House which although bathed in glorious sunshine was a trifle windy ! Not to worry as we got some stunning shots of Andrea and Will outside before retreating to the library for the formal groups. It transpired in the speeches that Will, a bit like myself, is a bit of a plane spotter, although he is a little more obsessed than I am. The best mans speech revealed that young Will had a propensity to conduct Air Crash investigations into his own model planes he had thrown to destruction. We also caught sight of a beautiful, private and surreal moment as Will and Andrea practised their first dance (ballroom style) in the empty suit. It was a breathtaking moment as ‘that dress’ swept along the Lomond Suite in near silence.
